¿Dónde es legal cazar con térmico?

Andalusia: The latest modification of June 2023 approves the authorization of the use of thermal and night visors when waiting for wild boar as an exceptional measure due to the overpopulation of this ungulate. A partir del año 2021, con la finalidad de hacer frente a los daños ocasionados por la sobreabundancia de suidos, algunas Comunidades Autónomas han permitido la caza nocturna haciendo uso de visores térmicos y nocturnos para armas de fuego, al amparo de las excepciones que se contemplan en el artículo 61.1 de la Ley 42/2007, de 13 de diciembre, del Patrimonio Natural y de la Biodiversidad. La distribución y comercialización de los visores nocturnos y térmicos para armas de fuego se realizará exclusivamente en los establecimientos de venta recogidos en el Reglamento de Armas, aprobado por el Real Decreto 137/1993, de 29 de enero, y modificado por el Real Decreto 976/2011, de 8 de julio, es decir, en las armerías en conformidad con el artículo 56 del Reglamento de Armas. Sólo se permite la venta de los visores nocturnos y térmicos para armas de fuego a las personas que acrediten poseer licencia de armas “D” para armas de caza mayor. Se permite la compra desde cualquier Comunidad Autónoma, independientemente la legalidad de la misma, siempre y cuando se utilice dentro de las comunidades que si permitan su uso. La necesidad de una resolución administrativa o autorización extraordinaria del órgano de la Comunidad Autónoma competente que le permita el uso de los visores/monoculares nocturnos o térmicos adaptables a armas de fuego, o bien, un permiso nominal que le conceda el titular del espacio cinegético.
